Robert DiGennaro
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. DiGennaro, an operating executive with 27 years of senior level experience in the consumer debt and collections industry, joined Precision in August 2007. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. DiGennaro, was Senior Vice President of General Electric’s GE Money-America’s unit and had direct responsibility for overall management of collections and recovery for GE Money- America's with gross charge offs of $1.8 billion and 6,000 associates at twelve sites worldwide. During this tenure, Mr. DiGennaro increased collection dollars and profitability by $1 billion and $400 million, respectively, through risk based strategies that drove major process improvements in expense, delinquency and loss performance. From 1998 to 2003, he was associated with GE Card Services a unit of GE Capital Consumer Finance Business. Mr. DiGennaro’s previous positions included Vice President, Collections & Portfolio Sales, at HSBC/Household International; and Vice President, Recovery at First Card Services, Inc. Mr. DiGennaro received a BS degree in Biology and Economics from SUNY at Stony Brook, and went on to earn his MPA in Hospital Administration from CW Post College (LIU).

Walt Collins
Chairman

Walt Collins is the Chairman of Precision Recovery Analytics. With over 27 years of mortgage and investment banking experience, Walt brings unique organizational skills from his four year White House experience as an advance man for President Jimmy Carter. In the early 1980’s as the mortgage-backed securities market was maturing, Walt worked as a consultant to numerous financial institutions. He assisted in the securitization, sale and restructuring of their mortgage portfolios. This effort earned him an endorsement from the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation. In 1985, Walt joined Capitol Securities Group in Austin, Texas, as the partner in charge of Mortgage-Backed Securities Trading and Research. In 1989, Walt was instrumental in the formation of Capitol’s Structured Finance Division. Additionally, he represented Capitol Securities in numerous seminars, and tutored new bank examiners on investment topics at the request of the State Banking Department. Walt left Capitol in the fall of 1993 to develop an asset management firm and act as investment banker and institutional marketing director for a leading member of the collection and recovery industry where his primary responsibilities were in structured finance and the raising of venture capital. Walt developed Precision Recovery Analytics to bring the opportunities of the distressed debt industry to his clients. Walt was a founding board member of DBA International and its second President. Walt has served as a director of the Bank of the West in Austin and the Texas Research League. He is now President of the Board – Travis County Texas Municipal Utility District No. 5 and an advisory Director of Treaty Oak Bank - Austin.

Ken Mueller
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mueller joined Precision in September 2006 and has over 20 years of senior finance and operational experience, providing direction in day-to-day business operations and partnering with the senior executive team in the development/execution of operational and financial strategies to achieve growth and profitability. He held senior finance and operational manager positions in a number of growth companies including Microsoft, Apple Computer, Galileo International, Platinum Technology, Divine and SafeNet. He has been responsible for financial reporting, planning, Information Technology, tax, treasury, M&A, and investor relations. Mr. Mueller earned a MBA in Accounting and Marketing from DePaul University and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University.

Patricia Baxter
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Ms. Baxter joined Precision in March 2007 and is a licensed attorney with over 20 years of experience in law, business, and academia. Prior to joining Precision, Ms. Baxter served as General Counsel for Unifund, a Cincinnati, Ohio based debt buying company. Ms. Baxter received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University, and her MBA and BA from the National University of San Diego. Ms. Baxter is the recipient of various academic honors, including appointment to the dean’s list and a fellowship in administrative law while at Widener University. Ms. Baxter is active with the Association of Corporate Counsel and has held various board positions with the Southwest Ohio Chapter. Recently, Ms. Baxter was a presenter for the compliance program at the annual Commercial Law League of America conference held in Chicago.

Mike Colby
Senior Vice President of Acquisitions

Mr. Colby joined Precision in August, 2006 as VP of Acquisitions. Mr. Colby has more than 25 years experience in the debt purchasing/collections industry. During his years in the industry, he has served as president of Blue Sky Trading, a leading broker of distressed debt; as VP of Portfolio Acquisitions for the Sagres Company; as VP of National Loan Exchange and Marketing Manager for Asset Acquisition Group. Mr. Colby also has experience as a project manager with Resolution Trust Corp., and as a bank officer. He is active in the DBA International, the national trade association for the ARM industry, and the Asset Buyers Division of ACA International.

Howard Knauer
Senior Vice President of Recovery

Mr. Knauer joined Precision in February 2008 and has over 36 years of experience in the ARM industry with issuers, collection agencies, debt buyers and service providers at institutions including Receivables Management Solutions, Bear Stearns, Fleet Credit Card Services, National Credit Services, Chemical Bank, American Express and Citibank. Mr. Knauer graduated from the City College of New York with a BA in Political Science and Economics and attended the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York while working full-time, and received an MBA in Finance and Investments.

John Nokes
Chief Information Officer

Mr. Nokes joined Precision in April 2008 as Chief Information Officer. Prior to Precision, Mr. Nokes spent nearly 11 years with Encore Capital Group, Inc. a publiclyheld debt buyer, and nine years at Midland Credit Management in various roles in information technology operations. His most recent role at Encore was Director of Enterprise Operations Support. Prior to Encore and Midland, Mr. Nokes worked for 1.5 years for Advanced Access supporting information technology initiatives for its call center business. Prior to Advanced Access, Mr. Nokes spent six years in the United States Marine Corps, where he retired with the rank of Captain. Mr. Nokes has a Bachelors of Science and Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.

John Garber
Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Garber joined Precision in October 2007 as the Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Garber is a licensed CPA with over 15 years experience in public accounting and the financial industry. Prior to joining Precision, Mr. Garber held the position of Group Controller for St. David’s Healthcare, a $600 million revenue company. Prior to St. David’s, Mr. Garber served as the Chief Financial Officer of Tejas Securities Group, Inc., a registered broker-dealer and investment banking firm. Mr. Garber began his career in the public accounting firm of KPMG. Mr. Garber has a BSBA in Finance from the University of Florida.
