    Job Description
    Legal Liaisons are responsible for maintaining effective day to day relationships with our channel partners. They are the front line for problem resolution, both production – related and administratively.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Support the relationship with Law Firms and Servicers through various activities (including, but not limited to: inventory management, remit processing, work standard compliance, media requests, affidavit processing, recovery strategies and support)
    • Monitor/manage independent projects from initiation through delivery
    • Create/maintain reporting for various department deliverables and initiatives
    • Continuously identify opportunities to propose/create process improvements leading to increased revenue generation
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Latitude required. AIM, FTP, Access and PWI Portal preferred.
    • Ability to learn/utilize analytical programs
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Problem solving, superior organization and planning skills and ability to work.
    • Ability to perform under tight deadlines, adapt to change and manage multiple priorities

    • Time management skills and strong sense of ownership
    Education and or Experience:
    • 1-2 years’ college, degree preferred.
